“Dr. Swankhouse is wonderful. She took the time to explain every phase of the dental work I was having done. On The first visit Dr. Swankhouse examined me then wrote up a dental plan that included what insurance would cover. What my share of the cost would be. As well approximate time frames of each step from start to finish. As far as the final work goes Dr. Swankouse changed my life. My teeth were awful. So embarrassing when I’d speak to someone. I hardly ever smiled. Now it’s just the opposite. I can look people in the eye and have a conversation without trying to hide my teeth. My new dentures fit perfectly and look great! Dr. Swankhouse made me feel welcomed. She was kind, friendly, and I felt at ease while in her office.Dr. Swankhouse thank you for everything you have done for me. You gave me back my confidence and pride.”
“Dr. Swankhouse was incredible from the moment I walked into her office. She was informative and concise with her appraisal of my teeth and did a great job of working out what it would cost to fix my teeth. That being said, the real magic and professionalism came when it was time to do the work. I had my wisdom teeth removed and honestly it was about as painless as a procedure like that could be. No pain meds needed. I must say I have never had a better experience, ever, at a dentist!”

After she reviewed my x-rays, she advised me that we needed to come up with a plan for my oral situation. With her words of advice to me, this was priceless. Out of 46 years of going to several other dentists, Dr. Heupel has made me feel the most comfortable, relaxed, and well taken care of. ““Dr. SwankhouseYou treated my son Zach today at the Dental School. I was too emotional to verbalize just how much what your staff and Dr. Barbara did for him.
Zach’s poor dental health has been the cause for taunts and teasing at school. He’s suffered while eating certain foods, to the point of giving up on eating them. He’s never complained or verbalized just how much emotional or physical pain his teeth have caused him, but as an adult, I knew, yet could do nothing about it. As a mother that is a whole different type of pain, being able to help your child that you love so much. You did that for us today. I wish you would have seen the smile on his face when he looked in the mirror and saw his “black teeth” all gone. You would have thought he’d just won the greatest prize in the world.
Your volunteer efforts today with “Kids In Need Of Dentistry” have given a 10 year old boy a new world. You’ve given him a new sense of pride, his self esteem will benefit, his health will benefit and he and I are both committed to keeping his dental health a bigger priority.
